ORDER FORM. Use this form to print in all information: item # description quantity and
total price. Calculate your sub total. If you are a Texas resident, please add
8.25% (multiply total by .0825) for Texas sales tax. Add shipping and
handling charges from schedule on order form and then choose one of the options below for
ordering. NOTE: If you hate doing the math we will be
glad to do it for you and send you an e-mail confirming your order with you total cost
figured.

Returns
Policy
If for some reason your are not satisfied with any purchase, you may return it
within the first thirty (30) days after you received the product. We will take it back and
grant a refund, credit or an exchange for the item. Simply contact our Customer Service
Department via E-mail at customerservice@serenitybydesign.com
Be prepared to supply the following information when requesting a refund, credit or
exchange. The item #, date of purchase, date received, statement of problem, choice of
either refund, credit or exchange, your name, shipping address, e-mail address and phone
number. We will get back to you with the instructions on how and where to send the
merchandise. All returned merchandise must be in the original condition with all packing
material, tags, instructions etc. that accompanied the merchandise. REFUNDS DO NOT INCLUDE
SHIPPING CHARGES.

Issues
As a reputable retail and wholesale merchant,
"Serenity by Design" maintains the strictest level of data security. All
electronic transfer of credit card information is done using a secure transactions server.
Note: When you submit your order it will be transmitted via
encrypted secure line from our hosting server and will say "Redirecting....... "
which is confirming that it is being sent directly to our Credit card processor Authorize
net which also maintains the highest level of security. All customer
information is kept private and confidential. We DO NOT sell or distribute
customer information to anyone at anytime. We will occasionally notify you of any specials
and of new products as we update our site through our newsletter. If you receive any of
these updates and wish to be removed from our e-mail mailing list, please just reply with
UNSUBSCRIBE typed in the subject line of your e-mail.
